Program:

Performing Lingarchana and Rudrabhishekam on Mondays of the Karthik month is considered particularly beneficial in obtaining Lord Shiva’s blessings.  Prasadam/Preeti Bhoj will be served after the program.

Dates:   Oct 27th, Nov 3rd, Nov 10th, and Nov 17th

Lingarchana Sposnorship:
Karthika Maasa Lingarchana is a unique opportunity for families to seek blessing of Sri Uma Pardhiveswara Swamy for health, wealth, prosperity, bliss and ultimate mukthi.

Sponsoring family will be able to perform Lingarchana with 128 Mrutika Lingas. Mrutika lingam is made out sanctified clay for present age – Kaliyuga. Program involves Dasa Avarana (arrangement) puja, Eka vara Rudra – Namakam / Chamakam and Bilva archana.  Program includes Rudrabhishekam done by priest to Utsava linga and sponsoring family will be part of Rudrabhishekam.

Sponsoring family is provided with a spatika (crystal) lingam for Archana and it will be given as prasadam to sponsoring family.

Registration Details:
Only limited spots remain for Lingarchana.  Please text/call Venkat Narra – 647-859-8369 or Manish Goel – 416-587-1577 to reserve a slot.  Four members of each sponsoring family will be seated in designated area. Additional family members can be seated in general seating area.

Please note sponsorship opportunities for this program are as follows:

Devotees can register to be a Lingarchana sponsor or Rudrabhishekam sponsor.

1. Lingarchana Sponsor (includes Rudrabhishekam) – $201/family (one Monday)

2. Rudrabhishekam – $31/family (one Monday)

3. Annadana / Priti Bhoj – $101 (one Monday)

4. 365 Wick Diyas – It is believed that if you light a diya made of 365 wicks during Karthika Maasa, it is equivalent to lighting a lamp in front of God every day.  A limited amount of diyas with 365 wicks are available for sponsorship on-site by those who are sponsoring the Lingarchana / Rudrabhishekam.

• Sponsorship opportunities are noted above.
• If you are unable to attend in-person, the puja may be sponsored and the puja will be performed in your family’s names in absentia.
• Please provide the names of the sponsor and spouse and gotra (if known) in the memo/notes field of the donation (if not previously provided).  When performing the sankalpa, the priest will recite the name of the sponsor and their spouse, and also chant “and all family members” in Sanskrit to include blessings for all your family members.  Sponsorships received two hours or more before the program will be included in the sankalpa.  Please provide your mailing address for a tax receipt at year end  (receipts will be issued for cumulative annual donations totaling $100 and over).  Thank you for your on-going support.
