With the blessings and instructions of Sri Swamiji to offer in-person Datta Kriya Yoga classes in Erin, we invite you to join us for a transformative journey into the ancient practice of Datta Kriya Yoga to enhance holistic well-being.
When: Second and Fourth Saturdays of every month from 5:30pm – 6:30pm

You will learn how to apply yogic techniques to:

– Manage the stress of modern life (work, family, caregiver and other responsibilities)
– Improve your lifestyle through a balanced diet
What to Expect:
– Guided meditation, pranayama and breathwork techniques
– Ancient wisdom for modern living
– Very gentle flexibility exercises
– Music therapy
What to Bring:
– Yoga mat or cloth mat to sit on
– Wear loose, comfortable clothing
– Water bottle
