HANUMAN TORAM SEVA
AS INITIATED BY PARAMA PUJYA SRI SWAMIJI

The Hanuman Toram is a sacred practice to offer specific and sincere prayers to Lord Hanuman for relief from difficulties and the fulfillment of wishes.  The Toram—a red thread with 9 knots—is tied while chanting sacred Hanuman mantras. 

Please note that the temple has revised timings and service availability for the period February 18 to March 11. Toram seva only on weekday evenings or weekends. No toram sevas on weekday mornings or afternoons.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

INITIATION

  • Receive a token at the Puja Counter ($11/toram)
  • The priest will:
    ✓ Give you the Toram
    ✓ Perform Sankalpa with you
    ✓ Guide you to chant the Karya Siddhi Hanuman Mantras
  • Tie your Toram to the prayer pillar of your choice

DAILY SADHANA FOR 16 DAYS

Each Day, Chant (anytime):

  1. Karya Siddhi Hanuman Mantras – 9 times each
  2. Om Namo Hanumate Namah – 108 times
  3. Hanuman Chalisa – 1 time

AFTER 16 DAYS

  • Perform Archana/Puja to Karya Siddhi Hanuman
    ($21 puja sponsorship/family)
  • Puja Schedule: Tuesdays:  7:00 PM, Saturdays:  11:00 AM & 6:30 PM (NOTE NEW TIMING)
  • Offerings welcome:
  • 108 Betel/Paan leaves. Devotees should bring their own thali/plate to perform Betel leaf archana personally.
  • coconut, bananas/fruits, prashad
